Can we meet with you before booking you ?

Of course - I'm more than happy to meet with you to discuss your plans for your wedding day, have a look at some wedding albums and check that our ideas for the day align.

Do you take Black and White as well as colour pictures ?

All of the pictures take can be produced in Colour or Black and White at no additional cost - please let me know if you love black and white as some scenes work bettter than others and I will hunt out suitable locations for you

How much do you charge for travel to weddings?

We make no additional travelling charge for weddings in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire - Outside this area travel and accomadation are charged at cost price

How soon do we get to see our wedding pictures?

We will normally design you a showcase album and display it online for you to view your wedding day story within 2 weeks of your wedding day, this normally means it is waiting on your return from honeymoon. The purpose of this albu design is to showcase the photographs and give you some ideas for your wedding album. We will display all of your pictures in an online gallery for 3 months for friends and family to view.

Can we choose the pictures that go into our album?

You have total control over which pictures make the album and those which dont make the grade, we offer an online album review service which allows us to pass design comments on page layouts remotely so that you dont need to keep coming to the office to review your album design.

Do you offer retouching?

All wedding and portrait images have some minor retouching before they are presented to you as proofs, We will provide additional retouching if required to images in albums and prints 12x8 or larger

How long before we can receive our wedding album ?

The wedding albums we use are mostly custom made to order and the suppliers normally quote 4-8 weeks turnaround times from order confirmation

How can we go about booking you for our event?

Simply give us a call or drop us an email, we will get a booking pack out to you for you to complete, please note we only ever accept one wedding per day and will honour the first completed booking form we receive for any date.
